Biography
Valentina Mittova is a Professor of Biochemistry at Geomedi University, Georgia. She obtained her undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry (1983) from Voronezh State University in Voronezh, Russia. Valentina Mittova received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Ben-Gurion University (Israel) in 2001 under the supervision of the Professor Moshe Tal, Dr. Micha Volokita and Dr. Micha Guy. Valentina Mittova was postdoctoral fellow at the Oxford University (UK) and Assistant Professor in Voronezh Medical Academy (Russia). In 2022 she was appointed to the Scientific-Research Institute of Experimental and Clinical Medicine of Geomedi University (Georgia) as Full Professor.
