Biography
In recent years, the applicant has focused on the key scientific category of "research on functional molecules of marine organisms based on chemical structures", focusing on the structure and function of natural products of sponges and corals in the South China Sea and conducting systematic research. The research team has discovered nearly 300 new structures and carbon skeleton compounds from advantageous marine resources; And significant breakthroughs have been made in the fields of chemical structure analysis and configuration determination: a new module self-assembly method called "Doorafa" has been developed to identify molecules with unfavorable evidence for multi quarter carbon oligohydrogen new skeletons that are difficult to identify by nuclear magnetic methods; We optimized the residual dipole coupling (RDC) method for the macrocyclic flexible molecule CEMBRANE; Firstly, the chiral characteristic structure of "double known" was discovered, and the configuration verification method was explored; A universal new approach for cross referencing has been developed based on the problem of determining the configuration of marine natural products. Published 44 SCI papers as the first/corresponding author, with 468 citations (H-factor: 20). In 2013, he won the "Sanofi Youth Biopharmaceutical Award" from the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association (a total of 8 nationwide). In 2023, won the second prize (first place) of Shandong Ocean Science and Technology Innovation Award. In 2024, won three international academic awards: 21st Edition of International Academic Awards Best Research Award (ACA), 14th Edition of International Research Award on Advanced Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology Best Research Award (ANN), 9th Edition of Top Teachers Award Best Research Award (TOT), Sciencefarterh, Scifax, Indian. Received talent support from national "Excellent Youth", Shandong Province "Outstanding Youth", Laoshan Laboratory "Aoshan Outstanding Young Scholar" and other organizations. Several methods for studying the configuration of marine natural products have been proposed, and original progress has been made in the important topic of targeted preparation of natural products. Currently serving as a member of the Marine Medicine Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, a member of the Medical Geology Professional Committee of the Chinese Geological Society, a member of the Pharmacology Branch of the Chinese Society of Oceanography and Limnology, a member of the Qingdao Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a guest editor in chief of Frontiers in Marine Science and Molecules.
