Biography

Dr. Ran Tao dentist, specializing in orofacial pain, such as Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and trigeminal neuralgia. One area that I have been particularly passionate about is the involvement of gut microbiota in orofacial pain conditions. I am trying to find a Short-chain fatty acids-based complementary non-opioid approach for treating TMJ pain and other chronic pain.
